• Coordinate and execute special events, including weddings, private dinners, and group functions;
• Train and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hospitality environment;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized;
• Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced settings;
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);
