Purpose of the Role
We are looking for bilingual (Portuguese/English) remote recruiters to collaborate with Vivendi Outsourcing on the basis of a B2B contract. This role involves understanding our compensation model, utilizing our support and resources, and fulfilling the responsibilities and tasks expected from our recruiters. You will also highlight the different technical profiles we seek and the benefits of partnering with our company.
Responsibilities
Recruiting, finding, and screening candidates : Actively search for suitable candidates through various channels and screen them to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
Client requests : Specifically search for candidates who meet the requirements of a particular client.
Proactive search : Create a network of suitable profiles and offer these to various companies.
Negotiating and finalizing contracts : Involved in negotiating contract terms with freelancers or self-employed individuals and finalizing and signing the contracts.
Assisting with obtaining A1 and LIMOSA documents : Guide candidates in obtaining these documents by informing them about the required procedures and helping them complete and submit the necessary forms.
Required skills:
at least 3 years of experience in recruitment of blue collar workers , preferably in a remote work environment
fluent English
fluent Portuguese
ability to independently organize own tasks
