Requirements
- Law Degree;
- 1-2 years of Legal experience, especially related to agreements or Due Diligence is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Ability to analyze contractual provisions with attention to detail;
- Proactive, organized, communicative and collaborative work style;
- Good written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Assist in negotiating and drafting agreements and NDAs;
- Assist in amending existing agreements;
- Provide administrative support for legal documentation;
- Participate in developing company policies on legal issues related to agreements and the Due Diligence/KYC process;
- Assist with any other ongoing tasks related to agreements and Due Diligence/KYC (including, but not limited to: tracking agreements and Due Diligence status and progress, maintaining the agreement and Due Diligence databases, reviewing documents related to Due Diligence)
