AdStart Media is a fast-growing performance marketing network and direct advertiser. Since 2017 we bring together affiliates and brands in the most transparent and efficient ways, maximizing their monetization and user acquisition efforts.
We are also a direct advertiser and provide our own in-house Mobile Content/Subscription offers.
Our mission is to create the best possible environment for affiliates to get access to the best offers in the industry with the highest EPCs, and for advertisers to get quality leads matching their specific needs.
The Role
As part of our Sales Internship program, you will learn the foundation of how performance marketing operates, leading to outstanding results. You will get familiar with our performance tools and you will have the opportunity to dive deep in our workflow.
We expect to hire permanently the best performers from the program.
This training is ideal for those with professional experience in a different field who are eager to change their career and focus on performance marketing.
Your Main Duties
Take care of the optimizations and maintenance of ads portfolio.
Seek out and partner with Ad Networks, Content Providers and Product Owners.
Set up and handle the optimizations of the digital ad campaigns in accordance with the Clients’ needs.
Analyze the daily activities of every partner account and their campaigns in all GEOs.
Seek for the best performing campaign for each partner’s traffic.
Perform marketing researches and analysis based on the performance of each campaign
Support the Account Managers of all daily activity for every partner’s accounts and their campaigns in all GEOs
Your Attributes
English fluency is a must
A passion for working with data and numbers
Any experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing is a plus
Good communication and problem solving skills
Ability to build reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excels

Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales / Relationship Manager or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
