In Your New Role You Will
- Offer support for internal HR processes (e.g. onboarding and offboarding, talent management, learning and development, organizational culture actions, engagement and retention);
- Input, update, validate and maintain the HR data in a timely and accurate manner;
- Support employees’ onboarding process and new joiners accommodation- Contribute to the integration of new colleagues by welcoming them on their first day, delivering induction sessions so that the person has a great experience when joining our company;
- Providing guidance on immediate new joiner's questions;
- Mood monitoring - facilitate one-to-one meetings with employees, in order to evaluate team morale, motivation factors and identified risks;
- Design and support the Implementation of new HR initiatives and programs ;
- Perform exit interviews in line with the Company’s procedures and assure a good off-boarding experience;
- Organise, facilitate, and document various workshops/learning events or team-building activities for our colleagues;
- Keep in touch with existing vendors (for training/engagement events/venues), evaluates the efficiency of offers, maintains long-term relations with the selected vendors;
- Assist or deliver HR related trainings (e.g. welcome presentations, HR training, internal tools presentation);
- Actively participate in the implementation of the engagement strategy;
- Support the internal communication and employer branding strategy (e.g. internal newsletters, IT communities events);
- Promote HR initiatives across the teams, design and promote various employee opinion surveys, follow-up of action plans;
- Positively influence the quality of the organization's culture by applying healthy business ethics principles in every interaction.
Qualifications And Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR/ IT Recruitment or related fields (preferably, exposure working in the IT industry);
- Successfully completed university studies;
- Team player, reliable and open-minded personality with great organizational skills;
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural competency/sensitivity, tactful language, and empathetic skills to build rapport and maintain trust with employees of varied backgrounds;
- Good analytical thinking and attention to details;
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Romanian language;
- Presentation skills;
- Continuous learning attitude;
