As a Talent Sourcer at Carbon, you’ll be a key player in helping us build top-tier distributed tech teams. You’ll work closely with our Talent Partners to understand project needs, identify outstanding candidates, and use creative sourcing techniques to build our talent pipeline.

• Proactively source both active and passive candidates using our internal CRM and platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Twitter.
• Build tailored candidate lists and pipelines for current and upcoming projects in engineering, AI, design, product, and data.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners to deeply understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Use AI-powered tools and sourcing automations to improve efficiency and find hidden talent.
• Stay up to date with trends in the software engineering ecosystem to better understand tech roles and stacks.
• Manage multiple projects and roles simultaneously — you'll be handling at least 4 positions in parallel.
• Continuously experiment with new platforms, extensions, and strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates. 
• Keep our CRM and internal databases updated with detailed, accurate candidate insights. 

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken, to a professional level).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within sales or recruitment (tech industry preferred, but not required). If you're a student eager to get into recruitment, don't let the lack of experience hold you back— enthusiasm and potential go a long way!
