Travel Agent - Italian and English language (On-site)

Join our team as a Travel Agent with proficiency in both Italian and English!

• As part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for various tasks, including:
• Engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, or chat services;
• Handling inquiries, reservations, changes to itineraries, and payments;
• Offering recommendations for appropriate destinations, travel dates, and costs based on clients' preferences;
• Working closely with the cruise line and be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on travel arrangements and answering any questions or concerns;
• Using booking systems and software to secure holidays and manage clients travel plans;
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.
  
  

The key qualities we’re looking for: 

• Excellent Italian language skills in both speaking and writing (B2 proficiency or higher);
• Basic to intermediate English language skills (at least B1 level);
• Communication and customer-service skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications;
• Prior work experience in customer service or a related field (recommended, but not mandatory);
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with others towards common goals;
• Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach;
• Attention to detail.
  
  

You will work with the Travel Agent team from our location in Iasi and you will benefit from a 6-week on-site training program which will help you develop the required skills and knowledge to successfully assist our clients.
