In order to support the Sales Interior Mercedes-Benz department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Sales Interior who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Participation in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve and expand sales, revenue and earnings targets as well as advising and supporting customers in the national / international environment to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty;
• Providing cost estimates and negotiating prices with clients;
• Determine and negotiate special cost activities (e.g. development, excess, launch, and phase-out cots, SOP/ EOP changes, etc.);
• Create cost breakdowns, cost comparisons and benchmarks;
• Create price transitions and negotiate price agreements for series and spare parts with the customer; cooperate in customer negotiations with other departments (e.g. logistics, etc.)
• Create, check and comment on monthly reports.

Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Applied Sciences field;
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the automotive sector;
• Experience in concepting / designing approaches for different problems including detailed analysis of the situation / problem causes;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered an advantage;
• Very good communication skills, analytical and negotiations abilities;
