We’re looking for a full-time Advertising Campaign Executive to join a successful and friendly online media business.

You’ll play a key role in the Data & Communications team, executing and optimising marketing campaigns, ensuring that our clients’ campaigns perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing.

 

Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Build and schedule email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to targeted audiences.
  • Design, edit, and manage online listings and email landing pages, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and feedback to stakeholders, including insights on engagement, conversions, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure email deliverability and optimise send performance, proactively improving open and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Support the account management team by ensuring that client campaigns run smoothly and meet expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in quality control, checking that all campaigns meet company standards before launch.
  • Use marketing and CRM tools to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate effectively.
  • Stay informed about marketing trends and email best practices, applying insights to improve campaign performance.

  • Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimisation.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools – Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM tools (Pipedrive), task management (Planner) and data analysis (Power BI).
  • Stakeholder Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
  • Problem-Solving – A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving campaign-related issues.
  • Adaptability – Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Basic Design & Content Editing – Comfortable with creating and editing landing pages, email templates, and marketing assets using HTML and CSS.
  • Team Collaboration – Ability to work closely with the team and Account Management team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
