FP&A Director
The results are constantly growing, and the role of the Finance Department is becoming increasingly important. We stay as close to business as possible, regardless of the nature of the tasks we have to do. Structuring recurring transactions, increasing efficiency, and working in multifunctional teams to find the best solutions are just some of our goals.
You will be working closely with both your team and your stakeholders to optimize financial results for a specific area, and you’ll achieve this by being a business partner to both the business, as well as the rest of the Finance department.
What You’ll Have To Do
- Managing and developing a diversified team of financial professionals who are passionate about what they do on a daily basis;
- Management of planning processes and financial analysis (budget, forecast, variation analysis) for capital expenditure (capex), personnel costs and operational expenses;
- Initiating, supporting and delivering the improvement of financial analysis and reporting processes;
- Developing and maintaining a close relationship with stakeholders and their teams;
- Managing all financial activities within your team;
- Offering the business a set of strategic multi-dimensional financial analyses that will ensure the right decisions are made;
- Analyzing, together with stakeholders, all ambitious proposals and comparing them with set targets, as well as company strategy;
- Periodically monitoring performance, together with stakeholders, in order to analyze financial results, return of investment, and the most important risks and opportunities for future business decisions;
- Working together with the business to develop medium and long-term plans and aligning these plans to the general financial targets;
- Developing detailed financial reports and presentations for the senior management team, together with solutions for the ongoing issues or risks that can boost productivity and lower costs;
- Constantly developing business planning models;
- Working together with other teams to develop systems/ processes and procedures that can ensure a correct business evaluation as well as its efficient and profitable operation.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Are passionate about Finance and you want to work in a dynamic environment;
- Are passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills both as a financial professional, and as a people manager;
- Have a University Degree in Economic Studies (an MBA will be considered a plus);
- Have at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role;
- Have at least 10 years working in Business Finance Teams;
- Are experienced in setting objectives and procedures specific to the financial department;
- Have been exposed to a complex financial environment either locally or internationally;
- Speak English fluently;
- Have well developed leadership abilities and are motivated by helping you team grow;
- Have the ability to work with different groups and levels within an organization and are a strategic thinker;
- Have the ability to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations.
