Requirements
- Proven experience with Pipeline Pilot and KNIME in a production environment
- Background in small molecule data and bioactivity datasets
- Solid programming skills in Java, especially for building custom components
- Familiarity with OAuth2 and OData protocols for secure API integration
- Proficiency in life sciences, cheminformatics, or a similar scientific domain

- Design and maintain data pipelines using KNIME and Pipeline Pilot
- Integrate scientific workflows with RESTful APIs using OAuth2 and OData protocols
- Develop custom components in Java for Pipeline Pilot and KNIME
- Collaborate with domain experts to support small molecule and bioactivity data workflows
- Optimize data processing and pipeline performance for large-scale scientific datasets
