We are a performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation for med spas, clinics, and beauty brands. We run high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms, driving tangible results for our clients.


We’re seeking a Creative Strategist & Content Lead to take ownership of our creative direction, messaging, and overall content strategy, ensuring every ad, email, and landing page we produce is strategic, high-converting, and visually compelling.


This is a high-impact role where your expertise in content strategy, creative execution, and copywriting will directly influence our clients’ success.


About the Role


As the Creative Strategist & Content Lead, you will own the content and creative strategy process for our ad campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages. You will ensure that every piece of content aligns with our agency’s high standards and delivers results.


You will work closely with designers, media buyers, and clients to develop ad creatives that attract leads, convert customers, and maximize ROI. Beyond execution, you'll take full ownership of creative performance analytics, continuously optimizing content for better results.


This role requires someone who is cutthroat about content quality, creative direction, messaging and performance-driven marketing. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and relentless about creating high-performing ad creatives and marketing materials.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Own the content strategy for all paid ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Develop high-converting ad concepts tailored to the med spa & beauty industry.
  • Write compelling, high-converting copy for ad creatives, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with designers, media buyers, and clients to execute creative assets.
  • Ensure all content follows best practices for performance marketing.


Content Oversight & Approval

  • Review and approve all creatives before they go live.
  • Ensure all ad creatives, email campaigns, and landing pages align with branding and marketing goals.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to the design and content team.


Creative Asset Management

  • Identify what assets are needed for each campaign and request them from clients.
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time for the design and execution teams.
  • Maintain an organized database of content assets and past creatives.


Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Analyze the performance of ad creatives, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Identify top-performing creatives and optimize underperforming ones.
  • Work with media buyers to run A/B tests and improve conversion rates.


Own Creative Production Process

  • Implement a structured creative production process that ensures efficiency and consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Define workflow, approval processes, and optimization loops for creative development.
  • Take full ownership of creative production, from concept to execution, ensuring fast turnaround times and high-quality output.

Experienced in Performance Marketing: You understand the nuances of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and email marketing and how creative plays a role in conversions.


Data-Driven & Analytical: You don’t just produce content—you evaluate its performance, analyze trends, and make data-backed decisions.


Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep track of multiple projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure all assets are delivered on time.


Strong Leadership & Communication: You know how to lead a team, provide clear feedback, and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers.


Industry Knowledge: You preferably have experience working in the med spa, aesthetics, or beauty industry, understanding what resonates with this audience.


Requirements


  • 2 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating high-converting ad creatives and marketing assets.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience working with designers, copywriters, and web teams.
  • Ability to analyze ad performance metrics and optimize creative strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with beauty, aesthetics, or med spa marketing is a huge plus.
