We're looking for a remote Marketing Project Manager to be the central force driving our diverse portfolio of marketing, product, and AI projects across multiple agencies.

In this role, you'll orchestrate complex projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with our global creative team of Designers, Developers, and Copywriters. You're the person who ensures our famous 1-hour response times, maintains our pixel-perfect standards, and keeps both team members and clients energized and happy.

This isn't a traditional PM role where you simply track timelines. You'll be part of a lean, high-velocity team obsessed with efficiency and excellence. You'll work directly with our founders and world-class talent from companies like Airbnb, GitHub, and Disney, managing projects for clients ranging from billion-dollar startups to multinational brands. It's intense, but it's also incredibly rewarding for the right person.

Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 6 years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Creative Studio / Agency Operations or even Product Management. You're more than a checklist PM – you're a high-EQ leader who combines technical mastery of modern tools with an infectious can-do energy, turning "that's a problem" into "I'll fix that in an hour." Beyond being hyper-responsive and obsessed with automation (especially AI), you're the person who sees around corners, speaks up when things aren't clear, and gets explicit confirmation rather than making assumptions. You have the rare combination of horsepower to drive multiple projects and the emotional intelligence to keep everyone energized and happy – proactively spotting potential issues, deeply understanding each brand's goals, and maintaining pixel-perfect standards while making the whole process feel effortless and fun.

Your performance will be measured by how effectively you enhance team clarity, efficiency, and collaboration, ensuring workloads are balanced, timelines are fair, communication is clear, and work is consistently delivered on time, within budget, and, most importantly, beyond expectations.

You’ll be part of our Project Management team, which includes three senior members, one junior member, and a few freelancers on standby. The team is spread across multiple clients, and you’ll receive 360° feedback from clients, teammates at all levels, and founders.

You’ll be doing things like:

• Project Initiation & Planning: Review project briefs, lead kickoff calls, align resources, prioritize tasks in Notion, and coordinate with global team members across time zones.
• Communication & Coordination: Respond within 1 hour, maintain clear Slack channels, update PM tools (Notion, Google Drive, and Slack), avoid private messages, manage seamless handoffs between creatives, and proactively share updates on progress and potential issues.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery: Conduct thorough QA before delivery, verify against specifications, ensure pixel-perfect execution, address spelling and content errors, manage internal reviews, track hours, and oversee client feedback processes.
• Team Leadership & Support: Foster a collaborative environment, monitor workloads to prevent burnout, anticipate challenges, proactively address staffing needs, push back on unrealistic timelines, and document key learnings.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong client relationships, present deliverables confidently, manage feedback loops efficiently, address past feedback before seeking new input, and maintain project scope.
• Process Optimization: Shorten feedback loops, improve handoffs, maintain organized documentation, track project hours and budgets, flag scope concerns, and contribute to internal initiatives.
• Cultural Leadership: Embody company values (Speed, Happiness, Mastery), foster a positive team culture, practice empathy-driven leadership, ensure consistent quality, and champion open communication.

• 6 years in fast-paced environments: Marketing Project Management, Product Management, or Agency Operations
• Proven experience running creative teams (e.g. Designers, Developers, Copywriters)
• Track record of thriving in high-velocity, unstructured tech or agency settings
• Expert user of tools like Notion, Slack, Airtable, and Google Workspace (avoiding reliance on PDFs and Excel-heavy workflows)
• Daily practitioner of AI tools, especially ChatGPT or Claude, with demonstrated automation wins
• Skilled in building and optimizing workflows using modern technology
• Exceptional communicator in Slack-first environments
• Proactive first-principles problem solver who anticipates and prevents issues and who puts team success first
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at speed with precision
• Positive, team-energizing presence who champions good ideas
• Deep curiosity and excitement about automation and emerging tech
• Unwavering commitment to quality and deadlines

Bonus if you also have:

• PMP or Google PM certifications
• A portfolio showcasing creative or coding projects
• Advanced ChatGPT skills, including prompt engineering and Custom GPT development
• Proven strategic thinking skills with measurable business impact
• Entrepreneurial experience
• Interest in web3 and blockchain technologies
• Familiarity with our tools: Slack, Notion, Figma, Google Workspace, Loom, ChatGPT/Claude, Frame.io, and Toggl. 

Working Hours: 9AM–5PM ET (NYC time, fixed – most of our clients are US-based)

Compensation: ~USD $2,090 - 2,717 (19K - 13K RON)/month, depending on experience
