Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process for a wide range of vacancies (this includes vacancy text drafting, posting, follow up on 1st candidate screening, propose and discuss profiles, conduct interviews, ensure pre-briefings and post recap briefings, draft and negotiate proposal);
Build and maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to recruitment needs;
Support the onboarding process for new employees, always looking for further improvements;
Collaborate with schools and universities to ensure new candidate inflow and improve our brand visibility in close collaboration with our Marketing & Communications Department;
Represented the company at events: job fairs, presentations at the university, events/projects for students, conferences, workshops;
Support the onboarding process for new employees, always looking for further improvements;
Initiate and implement a variety of Employer Branding projects in close collaboration with our Marketing & Communications Department and in line with PHOENIX Romania (Farmexim, Help Net & EL Pharma) growth.
Key Requirements:
University degree and at least 2 years of proven experience in similar role;
Good understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels;
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
Interviewing experience and skills;
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
Very good English;
High flexibility and positive approach to challenges.
