What you'll be doing?

🔸 Source and contact new leads, supporting our Sales and Account Management teams like a pro.

🔸 Reach out to prospects, follow up, and help get their merch storefronts up and running.

🔸 Collaborate with Account Managers to make sure new clients have a smooth, friendly onboarding experience.

🔸 Keep all interactions, leads, and key metrics neatly logged in our CRM – staying on top of your game.

🔸 Contribute to exciting growth projects that boost sales and shine the spotlight on our brand.

About You

📞 You’re curious, direct, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

📞 You’re a master of staying organized – no sticky note or task gets left behind.

📞 You flex like a yogi – easily adapting to shifting priorities and staying cool under pressure.

📞 You've dabbled in sales, marketing, or customer service (internships or 1-2 years of experience = 👏).

📞 You’re comfy with CRM tools and know your way around a spreadsheet.

📞 You’ve got solid communication skills and aren’t shy about talking to leads or partners.

📞 If you know a bit about e-commerce or affiliate marketing, even better!
