ECONOMIST / ACCOUNTANT

Job description:
- You will record current accounting operations related to suppliers, clients, bank, fixed assets, production and cost accounting, import and export documents according to the principles of the Romanian Accounting Act, Tax Law
- Verify account balance for suppliers, clients, advances, inventories and keeps track of deadlines,
- Verify and issue primary accounting documents in compliance with legal requirements in force
- You will have to be organized and thorough in order to collect and archive the hard copies of the documents referring to the entry journals and also the back-up documentation used for registrations and approvals.
- Your will make good use of your analytical thinking and attention to details when you periodically revise the accounting financial records and their accuracy in the closure of the month or ensure a proper explanation about the possible differences.
- Ensure accuracy of information in the sub ledger / general ledger
- Elaborate the monthly reconciliation of the balances.
- Assists the supervisor in all accounting and fiscal matters;
- File tax returns
- Specific reports;
- Prepares various documents and projects required by superiors

Job requirements:
University degree in Financial/Economics,
Proven experience in accounting minimum 3 years;
Knowledge of the legislation for financial and accounting field;
Knowledge of ASIS Software is a plus
Very good knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office)
Very good English knowledge (reading, writing, speaking); German is a plus
Well organized person, problem solving attitude, paying attention to details, with communication skills, team oriented, analytical skills, the ability to work independently.
