What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Co-Founder & CMO to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. If you’re passionate about building a game-changing platform for e-commerce and digital marketing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies with a focus on paid ads for TikTok and Instagram
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns to drive ROI and maximize conversions
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators in various industries (beauty, fashion, wellness, etc.)
- Stay ahead of trends in UGC and apply these insights to help brands scale
- Lead the testing and continuous improvement of content and marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the platform, from ideation to execution
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant paid media channels
- Strong understanding of UGC trends and how to integrate these into marketing campaigns
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and always on the lookout for new opportunities and strategies
- Excellent networking skills with a strong background in influencer marketing and digital marketing relationships
- A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic startup environment
- Curious and passionate about innovative marketing and helping brands grow sustainably
