We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our client delivery team. This is a hands-on and client-facing role, focused on delivering data solutions that enable scalable growth, improved segmentation, accurate reporting, and full compliance.
You’ll work across projects involving data governance, cleansing, migration, segmentation, and consent management, primarily within the HubSpot ecosystem, but also collaborating on projects that span other data environments and tools.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling our clients to make data-driven decisions, ensure compliance, and maximise the performance of their RevOps strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality, Cleansing & Segmentation
- Perform data audits to assess data integrity and identify gaps or risks.
- Implement cleansing and normalisation processes to ensure consistency and usability.
- Build and maintain segmentation frameworks aligned with clients’ ICPs and GTM strategies.
- Support custom list building, persona mapping, and dynamic segmentation for campaign targeting.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Define and implement data governance frameworks across CRM environments.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, PECR, and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Support the setup and monitoring of consent management processes, including lawful basis tracking and subscription preferences.
- Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to ensure compliant use of data in all outbound and inbound activities.
Data Migration & System Mapping
- Lead or support data migration projects, including mapping, deduplication, enrichment, and validation.
- Collaborate with RevOps Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless data handoff and platform alignment (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake).
Reporting & Visualisation
- Assist in the development of reporting dashboards in HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets).
- Translate business needs into reporting logic and structure to ensure meaningful insights.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flows and discrepancies in reporting outputs.
Client Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data structure and strategy.
- Lead or support discovery sessions, audits, and solution design workshops.
- Document and communicate technical findings clearly and accessibly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Required Experience and Skills
- 3 years of experience in a data-focused role within a B2B, SaaS, or consultancy environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM data, especially within HubSpot (required).
- Familiarity with GDPR and global consent management best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one BI/reporting tool (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in data migrations, including mapping and validation across systems.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.
