Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager with 3 years of iGaming experience to grow and manage our affiliate network, drive player acquisition, and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, player acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit, and manage a network of high-value affiliates within the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Attract/collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring long-term collaboration and performance optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools.
• Negotiate commission structures, CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals to maximize profitability.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align affiliate activities with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, responsible gaming standards, and brand guidelines.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the iGaming affiliate space.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing strictly within the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Established network of affiliates, publishers, and media partners in the iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of player acquisition, retention, and traffic monetization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, Everflow, or similar).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English (C1 ) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
