Our client's information security organization, specifically Information Security Production Services, is responsible for the implementation across the bank of the Identity and Access Strategy.
Business Access is part of the Chief Security Office and responsible for designing and running services for logical access to business applications and data. This includes topics around access concepts, role & entitlement management, unstructured data access management and the business product ownership for some of our client's authorization systems.

Responsibilities:
Business Functional Analysis is responsible for business solution design, in complex project environments (e.g. transformational programmes). Work includes:
- Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation
- Analysing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
- Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
- Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
- Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
- Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible to ensure that:
/the requirements are documented properly and completely
/the functional design achieves the target state of the business
/the deliverables adhere to the defined process in the guidelines, by defining and updating the Data comparison guidelines.
This person holds the responsibility in defining and establishing a process (using necessary tools) starting with capturing and review of requirements, until verifying the correctness and completeness of implementation of the requirement. Final output should reproduce the traceability of the deliverable implemented back to the original requirement.
Main activities include:
- Collaborate with the business stakeholders and Product Owner in order to understand, refine and validate requirements
- Involve the designated Development and Architect team in the functional solution design
- Constantly contribute to growing & maintaining the centralized product documentation, in designated format/tools such as Confluence/Sharepoint
- Work as Facilitator for the project team, ensure desired outcomes are achieved, guide them to solve impediments, raise awareness in case of issues, risks, and dependencies
- Understand Product priorities, coach the team and support the Product Owner to take the right call based on data and priorities
- Visualize project flow and guide team for further improvements; maintain transparency, ensure Jira reflects the current progress on the work
- Encourage and enable collaboration with Product owners and business stakeholders
- Be a pro-active self-starter with a structured and solution-oriented mind-set
Your Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Good understanding of IT concepts (high level), database models, web services, APIs and system integrations
- Exposure to activity management using tools such as Atlassian JIRA
- Exposure documentation tools such as Atlassian Confluence
- Exposure to software development lifecycles (SDLC) in enterprises
- Experience working with virtual and global teams in matrix organizations
- Strong sense of taking hands-on ownership and accountability
- Intercultural awareness
- Develops others through training, coaching, and mentoring while also continually looking for ways to self-develop; articulates a credible vision of future direction and outcomes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with team culture
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and on senior management level
