Locatie: Piata Sudului
Responsibilitati:
Comunica telefonic cu clientii (inbound si outbound)
Negociaza cu clientii si incearca recuperarea sumelor restante pe cale amiabila
Gestioneaza obiectiile acestora
Evita utilizarea factorilor care afecteaza negativ comunicarea
Utilizeaza tehnici de ascultare activa si feed-back
Utilizeaza programe informatice
Requirements
Absolvent studii medii sau superioare
Abilitati excelente de comunicare
Experienta in call center – minim 1 an
Experienta in colectare de creante reprezinta un avantaj
Abilitati foarte bune de organizare (gestionarea timpului si fixarea prioritatiilor)
Abilitati de relationare cu oamenii
Capacitate de observatie si analiza comportamentala
Persoane cu incredere in sine si atitudine pozitiva
Benefits
Salariu net: 3000 lei
Bonus in functie de performanta
Tickete de masa 30 lei/zi

Program de lucru: de luni pana vineri, in doua ture: 08:30 – 17:15 si 11:15 – 20:00
