AI Integration/Implementation Engineer

Utilizing the latest developments of conversational AI and the power of solid open source solutions, it will enable seamless user experience, high level of process automation, deep personalization, flexibility, advanced analytical insights and lower customer support and client acquisition costs for companies around the world.

We are looking for an AI Integration/Implementation Engineer to help our clients seamlessly integrate our AI-powered product into their existing systems and workflows. Your primary goal will be to onboard customers efficiently and ensure they gain maximum value from our solution as quickly as possible.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-facing experience to guide organizations through smooth and effective implementations. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party platforms to build integrations that enhance automation and streamline operations.

It is a remote position.

Responsibilities

● Work directly with clients to understand their systems, workflows, and integration needs.

● Configure and implement our AI product into various client environments

● Develop and optimize integrations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N.

● Python scripting experience

● Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers for a seamless onboarding experience.

● Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.

● Create and maintain documentation, including implementation guides and FAQs.

● Act as a bridge between clients and product engineering team to improve future integrations.

● Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Requirements

● Proven experience as an Implementation Engineer, Technical Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or a similar role in an international environment

● Hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N

● Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows

● Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

● Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

● Experience working in SaaS, AI, or automation-driven products is a plus

● Fluent level of written and verbal English

● Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
