HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
As a Software Engineer in Test Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, working side by side with experienced mentors in a collaborative team environment. You’ll explore real software projects, gain insight into quality assurance practices, and even contribute to building internal tools.

You Will
- Work as part of a team or independently, being able to handle multiple tasks
- Participate in daily team ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, demos) and understand how Agile teams work
- Contribute to the development of an internal QA tool that will improve testing workflows (bonus: you’ll get hands-on experience with coding, version control, and tool design)
- Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify relevant testing needs and edge cases
- Design, write and execute both manual and automated test cases using real-world scenarios
- Report, track and verify bugs
- Learn how to use tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, or Selenium (or other internal frameworks), depending on the needs of the project
- Gain hands-on experience in both exploratory testing and regression testing
Ideally, We’d Like
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, as well as manage tasks independently when needed
- Comfort with basic programming concepts (in any language)
- Motivation for problem-solving and continuous improvement
- An organized, methodical, and pragmatic approach to tasks
- Analytical thinking and an inquisitive mindset
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Fluency in English
