Job description
Maintaining Records and Files;
Managing correspondence on a daily basis;
Greeting Guests & Protocol;
Answering landline & interphone;
Sending & receiving couriers;
Ordering office supplies (after a prior approved PO);
Organizing necessary business travel arrangements;
Keeping permanent contact with all site administrators and helps by placing various administrative orders;
Translations Managing office emails – distribute to whomever addressed;
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
Co-coordinating meeting schedules, appointments;
Operating under company internal regulations (environment and H&S policies) and ISO standards.
