• Monitoring system performance and carrying out performance optimizations
• Installation, configuration, maintenance of operating and other IT systems as well as the administration of user accounts, authorizations and access controls
• Identifying and eliminating system malfunctions and carrying out troubleshooting measures
• Planning and carrying out upgrades and migrations
• Creating and updating system documentation, asset management and guidelines
• Implementing security measures and ensuring system security as well as carrying out backups and recovery measures
• Administration of Azure tenants and automation with Ansible, Puppet
• Administration of Unified Endpoint Management tools

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, information technology or comparable qualifications
• Very good written and spoken English and German
• Knowledge of system administration, ideally in a corporate environment with high cybersecurity requirements
• Knowledge of the installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows servers as well as network technology and administration
• Experience in dealing with virtualization technologies
• Security awareness and knowledge in the implementation of security measures
• Basic skills in IT security and data protection
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, structured approach and enjoyment of teamwork
