Job Posting for Admin & Payroll Specialist at Sales Consulting
We are looking for a mid-senior Admin & Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes and administrative HR tasks, to join the team. This role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with Romanian labor laws, and efficient management of employee records, benefits, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Romanian labor laws and tax regulations
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, benefits, and leave tracking
Prepare and submit payroll reports to ANAF, ITM, and other authorities
Handle payroll-related employee inquiries and provide support on salary slips, tax deductions, and benefits
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
3 years of experience in payroll administration and HR administration
Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law, payroll regulations, and tax compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels
