Your Key Responsibilities

• Governance of industrial engineering processes and master data;
• Strategic further development of the costing processes (incl. PCM), the available capacity in relation to the planning horizons and the budget planning process (sub-process: quantity structure);
• Development of a portfolio of key figures to ensure sustainable data quality;
• Development and implementation of an IE qualification concept;
• Management and collaboration in international, strategic, cross-divisional projects;
• Carrying out training/coaching. Supervision of trainees, apprentices and working students;
• Operating an international IE network with divisions and regions.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in engineering or comparable education;
• 2 years within the Industrial Engineering area (Plant, Region or Division);
• Established knowledge of all industrial engineering processes and master data (Costing, Tariffs, Workcenter, Capacity, Bill of material, Routing);
• In-depth knowledge of Schaeffler Group business processes as well as procedures and internal regulations related to the Industrial Engineering function;
• Several years of experience in project management;
• Microsoft Office skills / Power BI;
• Established experience in SAP PP module;
• Willingness to travel / further development abroad (initial training in Germany).
