Role Overview: The Senior Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the internal governance body, ensuring the smooth execution of study operational plans, including site selection and clinical focus. This role involves moderating weekly meetings, assisting teams with preparation, facilitating discussions, and maintaining thorough documentation. The manager will also ensure the accessibility and organization of the database, and report directly to the Director of Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and approve study operational plans.
• Moderate weekly governance meetings.
• Support teams in preparation and documentation.
• Ensure database accessibility and organization.
• Report to the Director of Governance.
• Participate in clinical studies and understand ongoing activities.
• Revise projects and set timelines.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in clinical operations (clinical trials or operations).
• Proficiency in medical writing.
• Strong scientific background (Master's or PhD in Science or Medicine).
• Ability to handle demanding environments.
• Smart and charismatic personality.
• Understanding of clinical protocol requirements.
• Senior-level experience.
