Product Analyst

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decisions that shape our products and deliver value to our users. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, refine product strategies, and continuously improve user experiences.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help shape product strategy.
• Analyze product usage data to uncover trends and inform key decisions.
• Define clear, actionable product requirements based on user behavior and market opportunities.
• Gather and interpret customer feedback to identify product gaps and improvement areas.
• Build and manage dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize features and enhancements.

• Deliver actionable insights that lead to measurable product improvements.
• Enhance prioritization accuracy by integrating customer feedback and data-driven insights.
• Drive alignment between product performance and business objectives.

• 3 years in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies is a plus.
