Job Title - Operations Analyst

Job Type – Freelancing / B2B Contract

Contract Duration – 6 months initially ( Extendable as well)

Work Location – Bucharest , Romania (Complete Remote from Romania is allowed)

Attention to Detail

• SOWs often have complex terms, deliverables, timelines, and fine print. The person should catch inconsistencies, missing info, or unclear language.

Analytical Thinking

• They need to interpret requirements, deliverables, and responsibilities, and understand how they impact the project or contract.

Business Acumen

• Understanding how the SOW ties to business objectives, budgets, and client expectations is crucial.

Communication Skills

• They should be able to summarize findings, ask clarifying questions, and communicate concerns or recommendations clearly.

Documentation & Reporting Skills

• Ability to create clear reports or summaries after reviewing the SOW.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with procurement or vendor management
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations
• Risk assessment skills
• Familiarity with contractual terms (payment terms, liabilities, SLAs, IP rights) is important to spot red flags or risky clauses.
