We’re looking for a junior professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, this full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the globe, supporting the development of tools and processes that drive innovation and collaboration across our manufacturing and R&D sites. In this role, you'll thrive in a collaborative, innovative culture that empowers you to build a career to be proud of.
What You Will Do As Our Junior Business Analyst
As our Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key support role, driving engagement with end-users and helping document and refine ways of working across our organization. You will engage with users worldwide (on-site and online) to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities. You will also document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes using intuitive mapping techniques such as Sticky Notes and SIPOC.
You would also:
- Support Product Owners by ensuring User Stories are clear, aligned with product strategy, and meet our Definition of Done
- Validate completed stories, including verifying acceptance criteria and persistent tests
- Execute our training strategy: maintain the training calendar, administer training logistics, and communicate updates internally
- Ensure training materials are user-focused and easy to understand—not overly technical
- Contribute to long-term process improvement by piloting Process Mining methods with stakeholders
The Skills And Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who has:
- A completed Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Product Lifecycle Management, CAD, or Production Engineering.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A self-driven, results-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt easily to change.
- Excellent listening skills and the curiosity to dig deeper to fully understand user needs.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning.
It’s a plus if you also have experience working with PLM IT systems and possibly a background as a trainer or educator. Familiarity with organizational change management, working across cultures and time zones, and knowledge of SAFe’s Design Thinking principles and Gemba Walks are all considered strong advantages.
