Our Workforce & Organization team is made up of skilled consultants who work across change and transformation, HR operating model, and strategy and workforce transformations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing change strategies and initiatives within our client organizations, with a focus on driving successful organizational transformation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business challenges and develop solutions that drive impactful, sustainable change.

As a valuable member of our team, you will bring a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies, as well as extensive experience in project management. You are passionate about driving organizational change and have a proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives across HR strategy, workforce transformation and generally, technology-enabled change.

The person we want to invite to join our mission has:

• 5 years' experience in consulting and change management, with a strong track record of successful transformation project delivery
• Experience in driving transformation through organizational change management in technology-enabled transformation, HR strategy, operating model and HRIT or workforce transformation and the future of work
• The drive to succeed and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, organizational development)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change strategies that align with our clients' business goals/needs and drive successful organizational transformation
• Lead transformation projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and evaluation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the transformation process
• Lead and develop more junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring, both in project delivery and as a role model for the team

In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you can be based in either of our attractively located offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg, with readiness to travel to our clients' sites when needed.
