Summer job Workplace Facility Coordinator

Job Description

As a Workplace Facility Coordinator you will support in the Info desk/reception at IKEA of Sweden, the Switchboard and and work with administrative tasks e.g meeting room bookings and order handling.

As a Workplace Facility Coordinator, you are an important player for making things run smoothly. We need a person that likes to meet people and always put service in first room. Are our face and support towards all IOS employees and visitors.

To shine and be successful in this role we believe that you are a well-organized, self-driven and a highly service-oriented person. You are a team player and work closely together. You like to analyze and look for deviation. You are passionate about doing the best for the business to actively work for excellent service. You can build trustful relationships with people on all levels and take pride in setting high standards in place to meet the demands from the business.

You have good computer skills with excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office and you are fluent, both verbal and written in Swedish & English.

The position is temporary and located in Älmhult.

We believe that your presence with the team and working full time in the workplace is important.

You will report to Andreas Åberg.

Please note this is a temporary assignment, start June 16th - August 17th
