As the Team Manager for our Client Team, you’ll be responsible for leading a group of talented engineers focused on developing and evolving the Lime CRM web client. Your role will be a blend of technical guidance, strategic direction, and people leadership, ensuring both the team and the product thrive.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire – Guide and grow a team of web developers, ensuring a high level of motivation, engagement, and performance.
Stay Hands-On – While your focus is leadership, you’ll remain close to the technology, contributing to architectural decisions and supporting the team in problem-solving.
Drive Technical Excellence – Help the team navigate technical challenges, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work with designers, product managers, and other engineering teams to align development efforts with business goals.
Foster a Culture of Learning – Encourage knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the team.

Skills & Requirements

What We’re Looking For

A Technical Leader – You have experience managing or mentoring teams while maintaining a strong technical foundation.
Passion for Web Technologies – You have hands-on experience with modern front-end and web client development.
Strategic Thinker & Problem Solver – You can balance short-term needs with long-term vision, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
Empathy & Collaboration – You care about people, foster an inclusive team culture, and can collaborate effectively across functions.
"Get it Done" Attitude - Proven track record of making things happen and getting things done.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or similar) is valuable. We use StencilJS, a cutting-edge framework that compiles to Web Components, making it a great choice for building reusable and high-performance UI components—even if it’s not as widely hyped as some others.
A background in full-stack development with an understanding of backend integration.
Experience in leading technical projects or teams, formally or informally.
