Job Description:

As an Account Manager for Production Planning (Fighter Production), you will play a key role in optimizing and securing efficient workflows between forecasting, planning, ordering, production, and delivery. You will act as the central link between ordering Business Units, external partners (including Brazil), and Fighter Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop efficient processes between internal customers and production.
• Set planning conditions and ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Monitor KPIs and delivery precision.
• Act as the Point of Contact for order-related inquiries.
• Develop Customer Agreements, balancing capacity and resources against demand.
• Drive process improvements through digitalization and automation.
• Collaborate closely with Production Planning within Fighter Production and work with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Technical or economic degree at university level or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and/or procurement.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience working with business systems such as IFS/ERP.
• Strong analytical skills with a holistic understanding of planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken & written).
• Ability to work independently, drive processes, and solve problems proactively

• Experience in production and/or aircraft manufacturing.
• Experience working with continuous improvement and process digitalization.
