AS400 Developer (JT)

Job Level:

☒ L3 – 6 to 9 years

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for on boarding the AS400 applications to DevOps platform using ARCAD tool.
• Work with various application teams and Change Control Team to onboard applications to DevOps pipelines.
• Assist application teams to resolve issues that they encounter as part of AS400-CI build job.
• Modify the ARCAD macros whenever necessary and follow the change management process and push to ARCAD reference library.
• Ensure the ARCAD services and DevOps tools related to AS400-CI are always healthy.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in AS400 administration.
• Good hands on experience on the jenkins, bitbucket and sonarqube
• Strong experience in Groovy or shell scripting.
• Good understanding and hands on experience on CI CD pipelines.
• Knowledge in Agile development methodology, SDLC principles and DevOps framework.
• Good knowledge on ARCAD and Aldon tool.
• Very strong hands-on experience in adhering security concepts in development and setting up automated pipelines to capture relevant metrics.
• Prior experience in handling and delivering complex projects
• Able to advise on industry standard tools and processes

Work location: Central

Duration: 12 months contract
