Client Service Associate | Nursing Home

Job Scope:

• Greet and welcome resident, family member or guest
• Manage calls or inquiries from the guest and provides with information or directing them to the appropriate venue
• Handle administrative task
• Assist to resolve guest concerns, request or complaints in a professional and positive manner
• Provide support in admission, discharge and administrative of residents
• Arrange transportation for residents to attend appointments and manage other dispatch-related logistics
• support with the coordination and organisation of guest reservation and designated visitation period.

Job Requirements:

• Min experience in customer service or hospitality settings
• Fresh graduates are welcome too
• 5-day work week (including Sat, Sun & PH), Rotational Shift
• Permanent Contract
