Job Responsibilities: (Pastry Dough Section / Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section)
Pastry Dough Section
To assist supervisor in pastry dough making
To assist supervisor in flattening the dough process
To shape and mold on the pastry dough
Perform quality check on the pastry dough to ensure it meet the standard (e.g weight and color)
Pack and arrange at the tray provided
Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
To assist supervisor on daily stock take for the raw ingredients
Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section
To assist superior in cooking preparation
To assist cutting and washing raw ingredients
To handle kitchen appliance/tools with care
Scope the filling to the bowl provided
Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
To assist superior on cooking and packing for corporate order
Conduct intensive cleaning daily to ensure the section is clean and free from pest
Requirements:
Minimum primary education
Must possess a valid WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related food manufacturing or commercial kitchens.
Preferably Operator/General Worker in Food Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
