175 – 002 Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a vital link in ensuring the smooth execution of critical transportation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing document review processes, including collating and following up on stakeholder comments.
• Coordinating design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities across contractors, site owners, and end users.
• Tracking and updating work programmes and schedules in liaison with contractors and key stakeholders.
• Supporting the project team in achieving timely project delivery.
• Preparing progress summary reports for internal and external reporting.
• Overseeing project administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, drafting letters, documenting meeting records, and creating presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Project management experience in the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems or Singapore’s transit environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with flexible work hours and willing to perform night work during engineering hours.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between office and site locations.
