The Solution Architect will lead core banking transformation, designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native architectures across core banking. This role ensures seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and platform reliability while bridging design gaps and accelerating execution.

We are hiring 4 Solution Architects with Core Banking expertise, specializing in 1 of the following domains: Payments / Lending / Trade, or CASA.

The role will be part of a large scale corporate banking transformation project and involves designing scalable, innovative solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & design technical solution diagrams (i.e solution architecture & solution design) end-to-end integration process from front-end to back-end including the integration with 3rd party developer APIs, while providing solution input during ideation and discovery phases
• Drive innovation in either Payments, Lending, Trade, or CASA.
• Design end-to-end Core Banking solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead development teams and recommend technologies for optimal performance.
• Conduct architecture reviews and support pre-sales activities.

Critical Success Factors

• Proven track record in Core Banking in as a Solution Architect and expertise in 1 of the following specialized domain: Payments/Lending/Trade/CASA
• Software experience would be preferred in the following (optional):
  Trade (CGI 360)
  FIS ACBS / CLS
  Finastra GPP
  Oracle Flexcube
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
