Architectural Coordinator (Construction)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, with the ability to document, monitor, track, and submit measured date.
• Prepare, review and monitor architectural works schedule based on the project master program. Regularly provide updates through coordination meetings.
• Attend regular technical meetings related to architectural works through design stage and construction stage.
• Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors on all project-related matters.
• Ensure project progress remains on schedule.
• Provide input to the Project Management Team on all architectural related matters.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Construction Industry
• Good written and spoken in English
