Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an BIM Manager ( Healthcare Project).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish, develop, document, and implement computational-assisted design workflows.
- Ensure quality assurance and control (QA/QC) of BIM models, including coordination and clash detection.
- Develop tools, processes, and workflows to manage complex and computational-driven geometries.
- Maintain and enhance computational design workflows to automate and streamline design/documentation processes.
- Provide project teams with support for custom computational design needs through direct project work and consultations.
- Document ongoing initiatives and established workflows for internal reference and training.
- Collaborate closely with architects and project teams in the creation and delivery of BIM Execution Plans.
- Ensure all project deliverables are compliant with BIM standards and relevant government regulatory requirements.
- Manage the implementation, processes, and best practices of BIM tools and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain BIM design models and related documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment and accuracy of BIM deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in BIM (Revit) project implementation.
- Proficient in Autodesk Building Design Suite, particularly Revit Architecture.
- Certified in Autodesk Revit (Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam).
- Possess BCA BIM Management Certification.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
