Job Overview

Our client, a well-established energy and trading company with a strong presence in Singapore, is seeking a Systems & Data Support Analyst. This role will focus on ensuring smooth data management, system support, and user coordination across business, finance, and IT teams—both locally and with counterparts overseas. A key part of the role involves supporting an ongoing ERP transformation project (SAP S/4HANA), helping drive process improvements and better system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide user support for SAP (FI/CO, SD/MM, PS) to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Support SAP configuration changes and basic ABAP development needs.
• Act as a bridge between Singapore users and HQ/Global IT teams to ensure clear communication.
• Assist with the ongoing SAP S/4HANA ERP migration project, ensuring smooth rollout and alignment.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to support team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP experience, with expertise in FI/CO, SD/MM, and ABAP development.
• Strong understanding of business processes and SAP module integration.
• Experience in the Commodities industry (especially Oil & Gas) will be highly preferred.
