Our client, a renowned Main Contractor, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Project Manager (LTA Project).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall supervision and oversight of the entire construction project from initiation to completion.
- Review and implement the Project Execution Plan to ensure alignment with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Review and verify all technical submissions, drawings, and method statements to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Identify potential risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate project delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (recognized by PEB).
- Experienced in leading large teams, especially in LTA projects, and familiar with large-scale civil projects; Rail Depot experience preferred.
- 12 years engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board, with a track record of successful involvement in LTA projects.
- Accredited with Accreditation of Project Managers (APM) or Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme (CPAS) is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), ,

- Working hours: Depending on Project
- Salary: up to S$18,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
