Job Description
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using a computerized accounting system
- Double-Entry Accounting – Ensure proper debit and credit entries in compliance with accounting principles
- Bank Reconciliation – Process and reconcile bank transactions accurately
- General Ledger Maintenance – Maintain and update accounting records with supporting schedules
- Financial Documentation – Organize and manage business accounting documents for corporate clients
- Tax & GST Support – Assist in GST filings and corporate tax computation
- Other Accounting-Related Tasks – Support ad-hoc bookkeeping and finance assignments as required
Requirements
- "O" Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple tasks
- A detail-oriented team player with good communication skills
