Job Description:

As an Aftersales Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their engineering knowledge in a hands-on, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving product-related issues.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and inspections of installed systems.
• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to address customer needs.
• Prepare service reports and documentation.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering fields.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel for onsite support when required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
