Architectural Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: -

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure architectural details meet project requirements and work with subcontractors and suppliers for effective implementation of architectural works.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications for compliance with building codes.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with clients and authorities. 5. Resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Recommend alternative materials and designs to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure architectural elements are built according to approved drawings.
• Conduct site inspections for compliance with BCA and URA regulations.
• Adhere to Singapore’s construction standards, including BCA’s Code of Practice.
• Prepare and submit architectural documents for regulatory approval and ensure quality workmanship and timely project progress.
• Monitor and coordinate the resolution of defects and non-conformities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of architectural works, including as-built drawings and warranties.
• Assist with project handover and resolve defects before issuing the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
• Participate in daily meetings and safety activities and attending Workplace Safety and Health Committee (WSHC) meetings.

Job Requirements: -

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in architectural coordination or project support roles.
• Strong knowledge of architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
