Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities:

• Inspect factory equipment for cleanliness prior to production.
• Perform comprehensive checks on raw materials and finished products for quality, including microbial, sensory, and visual evaluations.
• Immediately report any quality concerns to supervisors for investigation and resolution.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule material inspections and sampling.
• Verify certificates to ensure raw materials meet required standards before use.
• Provide training for new staff members.
• Assist with both internal and external audits.
• Maintain precise and accurate records.
• Calibrate equipment as necessary.
• Manage inventory and ensure lab cleanliness.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis for materials and finished products.
• To perform any additional tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field.
• Having knowledge in quality control procedures, especially in food industry will be an advantageous.
• Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
• Attention to details.
