CLM Test Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Understand requirements to create the test scenario, test cases and test data ensuring enough test coverage

• Update Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure no missing coverage

• Guide junior test engineers

• Functional test execution of test cases, capture test evidence and compilation of test result

• Review test scenario, test cases and test evidence internally

• Log defects in clear and concise manner, retest defect and ensure closure of defects with root cause

• Follow up with developers on the fixes for the defects

• Attend daily stand up and be the key person to explain to developers on issues faced during testing period

• Consolidate testing status for daily reporting to Test Manager

• Assist Test Manager in monitoring testing progress and ensure on-time delivery

• Do escalation to Test Manager

• Provide support to end users when required
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Manage Information Science, Banking and Finance or equivalent

• Min. 5 years of working experience in test manager role within Banks/Financial Institutions.

• Some experience in leading small to medium sized project implementation

• Proficient in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Agile project delivery framework

• Good leadership to guide junior members

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill

• Good in prioritizing tasks

• Ability to highlight or escalate risk issues to relevant parties in a timely manner

• Ability to identify customers’ needs and providing value-added solutions to them

• Domain expertise in AML/KYC, Customer Onboarding, Name Screening Alert, Transaction Monitoring, Payment Transaction Filtering/Screening.
