This is an associate position. You will be considered for a full-time role if you perform well.

Responsibilities

• Identify existing problems within an organisation
• Analyse business structure and pinpoint inefficiencies
• Evaluate management staff
• Interview and observe employee behavior
• Suggest budget adjustments based on existing financial data
• Find ways to increase company profitability and revenue
• Provide ideas to improve staff functions
• Create and give presentations for areas of improvement
• Organise workshops for management staff and employees
